The equipment consists of a front chamber cleaning chamber, a solvent box, an evaporation device, a rear chamber distillation device, a vacuum system, a nitrogen system and a control system.

The production line consists of a box-type heating furnace, a quenching tank, a fast cooling table, a three-axis linkage forklift and a fully automatic control system for the production line. There is a large-screen operation panel in front of the furnace, which can be manually and automatically operated and monitor the equipment action, and can prompt faults and sound and light alarms.
